okay, so it’s not exactly completed. it’s actually 1/4 of the way completed. I just finished the first place mat. one down, three to go. ugh… I’m having a hard time getting through this project. I think I’ve been staring at all this fabric a little too long. I don’t think anyone was meant to look at black, white and red for as long as I’ve been.

maybe I’ll go back and quilt it some more. feel like some thing’s missing, you know? I think I’ll just put it away for now and come back to it later with some fresh perspective.
