okay, I know following my last post, this should by all means be a photo of something luscious, dipped in chocolate. or something that would give you an instant cavity just looking at it.
alas, I could not keep away from my hoop. we enjoyed a long night together just the two of us, along with my miles of floss and wielding my trusty needle, I sat awake at midnight not able to help but think of ‘owls’.
out of all my craft, this has to be the most calming. in fact, if I have trouble falling to sleep, all I have to do is whip out the hoop. it is my drug….my therapy.

She is an amazing Mom of four, lives on a ranch in the middle of nowhere and is quite the photographer. She also has a few really cool recipes and guides on her site, and we have tried them all (and loved them all! especially the chocolate cake!)

I found a very simple owl pattern and freehanded the wording and the tree branches around it.
